T&C's: FAQ

CLIENT SATISFACTION

At FLG we pride ourselves on client satisfaction & do our best to match our clients with the right fantasy girl. However model(s) are selected by their collage (photos) and this doesn't always reflect their personality. We think all of out fantasy girls are wonderful but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your selection. Please contact your FLG agent immediately. Once payment has been exchanged between the client & the model(s), the agency is unable to provide any refunds. 
If payment has been exchanged and the client is unhappy with the selected model(s). The client is still expected to contact the agency. Although we cannot provide a refund, we value our clients & we take your feedback seriously. Your feedback can help FLG make important changes to the business model and improve your experience. 

CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation: 

Once your deposit is made it is non refundable. If the client chooses to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the client will not be refunded. It will instead be used as a cancellation fee, paid to your selected model(s).

Change of time: 

Changing the time of your booking is acceptable, However all changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to the booking. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your selected model(s) will be available for the newly allotted time. If this is the case, alternative girls will be presented for your selection.
If changes absolutely must be made within 72 hours of the booking & your selected model(s) are not available for the newly allotted time, your deposit will be forfeited & used as a cancellation fee, paid to the originally selected model(s).
A new deposit must be paid in order to secure your new model(s) for the new time. 

Date change: 

Changing the date of your booking is acceptable, However all changes must be made at least 5 days prior to the booking. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your selected model(s) will be available for the newly allotted time. If this is the case, alternative girls will be presented for your selection. If changes absolutely must be made within 5 days of the booking, You will forfeit $50 per model from you deposit & it will be used as a cancellation fee, paid to the originally selected model(s). The balance must be made up by the client in order to secure your new model(s) for the new time. 

Location change: 


Location change of the event is acceptable, however in this case girls are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your selected model(s) will be available for the new location. In this case, alternative girls will be presented for your selection. (Travel fees may apply)

MODEL CANCELLATION POLICY

Model Cancellation / No show

In the event your selected model(s) cancels the booking the client will be notified immediately and alternative models will be forwarded for a new selection . If none of the model(s) presented for new selection are suitable to the client. The deposit amount equivalent to book that specific model(s) will be refunded to the client.

In the case of a last minute cancellation by the model(s) or if your selected model(s) does not show up & we cannot find a last minute replacement. The deposit amount equivalent to book that specific model(s) will be refunded to the client.

Uncontactable Client

In the event your selected model(s) arrive at the booking but cannot contact the client due to the phone being switched off, out of service or an incorrect number has been provided by the client. Model(s) will attempt to contact the client via the alternative contact number provided by the client. If no alternative contact number is provided or the alternate contact is also unreachable by either the model(s) or booking agent, model(s) are expected to wait no longer than 20 minutes for the client to become contactable or contact the agent themselves. 

Model Tardiness 


Model(s) are expected to contact the client from a private number upon arriving at the event location. Preferably 5-10 minutes prior to the booking is due to commence. 
We expect our clients to answer the private call to let the model(s) in. If you are not comfortable accepting calls from private lines, please let your agent know prior to the booking & arrangements will be made.
In the event your model(s) are running late, the booking will commence once they have arrived. The time missed will be made up at the end of the booking.
If the model(s) are unable to make up the time at the end of the booking, the client will be refunded for the amount equivalent to the lost time by the model(s). No more. The client is responsible for advising the agent of this immediately. This way the agency can ensure the refund has been made. If the client fails to contact the agency before the model(s) leave, no refund will be made. 

Client Tardiness

In the event the model(s) have arrived & informed the client of their arrival but are left waiting to be let in. The booking will commence from the time the model(s) contacted the client to inform them of their arrival. Lost time will not be made up due to client tardiness.
