• You must be 18 years or over to view this website. You must be 18 years or over hire any of our model(s). You must be 18 years or over to be present during any function where one of our model(s) is waitressing or performing.
  
  

• All of our services are non-sexual. Providing escorts or sexual service through an agency requires licensing & is illegal in many areas of Australia. The model(s) advertised on the Fantasy League Girls website are strictly waitresses & strippers. Please refrain from attempting to solicit sexual services from any of the FLG model(s). This can create a very uncomfortable environment for both the model(s) & the client. And may result in the model(s) leaving without a refund to the client.
  
  

• If you have booked escorts or sexual services from elsewhere to be performed during the time our model(s) are booked for your event, our model(s) have every right to leave and all payment from the client will be forfeited. We at FLG do not expect our model(s) to be comfortable working alongside escorts. Aside from possible legal ramifications, model(s) have reported being pressured to perform the same services. This will not be tolerated by FLG or our model(s).
  
  

• STRICTLY NO TOUCHING the model(s). Our waitresses & strippers are there to serve you drinks and entertain your guests. A client or patron is only permitted to touch a model if that model has given explicit permission to do so. And only in the areas the model has agreed to be touched. A client or patron NEVER has permission to kiss a model anywhere or touch her between the legs. Regardless of her given consent. If the client or patrons fails to comply with any of the above rules, the booking will be immediately cancelled with no refund to the client.
  
  

• Clients & patrons must treat the model(s) and wait staff with respect at all times. Yelling profanities, being disrespectful or throwing items towards at the model(s) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this condition the performer may cancel or leave the booking. With no refund to the client.
  
  

• The use of phones and video are prohibited during any of our model(s) shows or during their waitressing shifts. If a patron does wish to take a photo or a video, explicit permission must be granted by the model(s). If the performer or wait staff declines this, you must respect their decision. Failure to comply with this condition may result in the model(s) cancelling or leaving the booking. With no refund to the client.
  
  

• The client is responsible for their guests at all times & making sure they know the rules. Regardless of the clients relationship with the guest(s). If one or more of the clients guests fail to comply with the rules, it is the clients responsibility. And will result in a cancellation without refund to the client. 
  
  

• For health and safety reasons, there must be a clean and safe area for our model(s) to waitress or perform their show. If the conditions are deemed unhygienic or unsafe, the model(s) may leave without refund to the client. There must also be hygienic toilet facilities and a private & safe room for our model(s) to get changed in prior to and after the booking.
  
  

• It is the clients responsibility to inform your FLG agent during the booking enquiry if the event is to be a mixed crowd. Not all of our model(s) are comfortable with females present at a booking. In the event a model(s) arrive to find there is a mixed crowd, and the client failed to inform the agency of this beforehand, the model(s) may cancel the booking without refund to the client.
  
  

• FAILURE TO COMPLY. If the client or any patron(s) fail to comply with the rules, it is the clients responsibility. The model(s) reserve the right to leave the booking and will result in a cancellation without refund to the client.
